Careers at Alfa Coders
We're a small, in-house team building websites, apps, and marketing for real clients from our Palanpur, Gujarat office — join us if you want your work to ship in weeks, not sit behind layers of approval.
What it's like to work here.
Not a mission statement — the specific things that shape how work gets done day to day.
Small team, real ownership
We keep the team deliberately lean. That means your work ships to real clients within weeks of joining — not staged behind three layers of review.
Direct access to the founders
No middle-management layer between you and the people who started this company in 2019. Feedback and decisions happen in the same room, the same day.
You see the whole project
Developers sit in on client calls. Designers hear the feedback directly. You're not handed a Jira ticket stripped of context — you know why the work matters.
Learning that isn't theoretical
You'll pick up new stacks, tools, and client industries constantly, because that's what agency work actually demands — not a once-a-year training slide deck.
Things we don't do
6 positions open right now.
Every role is based out of our Palanpur office. Filter by team, then open a role for the full brief.
Build and ship production interfaces for real client projects — marketing sites, dashboards, and ecommerce storefronts — using Next.js, React, and Tailwind.
Responsibilities
- Build responsive, accessible UI from Figma designs using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS
- Work directly with designers and backend developers on client projects, not internal tooling
- Optimize pages for Core Web Vitals and SEO before they ship, not after
- Review your own PRs against real device testing before handing off to QA
What we're looking for
- Solid hands-on experience with React and either Next.js or a comparable framework
- Comfortable with Tailwind CSS or an equivalent utility-first styling approach
- Understands the basics of on-page SEO and performance (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals)
- Can read a Figma file and translate spacing, type, and interaction details accurately
Nice to have
- Experience with TypeScript
- Exposure to Framer Motion or GSAP for interaction/animation work
- Familiarity with a CMS-backed stack (Prisma, headless CMS, or WordPress)
What you get, beyond the paycheck.
Practical benefits that hold up in year two, not just what looks good in the offer letter.
Competitive salary
Pay benchmarked to skill and output, reviewed on a regular cycle — not fixed at the offer letter and forgotten.
5-day work week
Saturdays and Sundays off, plus festival holidays observed on the actual dates people take them locally.
Health insurance
Group health coverage for full-time employees, because a medical emergency shouldn't also be a financial one.
Learning & upskilling support
Courses, certifications, and paid conference tickets when they're relevant to the work you're actually doing.
The tools to do the job well
A proper machine, dual monitors, and licensed software from day one — not a personal laptop and a shared Figma seat.
Performance bonuses
Tied to real project outcomes and client renewals, paid out when the work actually moves the needle — not a fixed annual formality.
Four steps, start to offer.
No unpaid trial projects and no month-long silence — most candidates hear back within a week.
Apply
Send your resume and portfolio (if the role needs one) for the specific opening — we read every application ourselves.
Screening call
A 20-minute call to talk through your experience, the role, and whether it's a fit on both sides — no surprise gatekeeping rounds.
Skill round
A short, paid task or portfolio walkthrough relevant to the actual work — never unpaid spec work disguised as a test.
Final interview & offer
A conversation with the founders, then an offer — usually within a week of your first call, not a month of silence.
Common candidate questions.
Remote work, experience level, and how the process actually runs — the practical questions, answered plainly.
Don't see the right role open?
Send your resume anyway — we keep strong applications on file for the next opening that fits.
Our current openings are on-site at our Palanpur, Gujarat office. We're a small, in-person team by design — it's part of how we keep client work moving fast. If that changes for a specific role, it'll say so in the listing.
Let's build something your competitors will wish they'd shipped first.
Tell us where your website, app, or marketing is falling short — we'll tell you exactly what it would take to fix it.
